Your Role
As a Medical Records Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Records Department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Requesting and collecting medical records and bills from healthcare providers.
Following up on requests weekly and performing accurate data entry into our secure database.
Managing inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Building strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

Qualifications
